Welcome to Northwest Computer Support’s brand new SharePoint 2010 website. We believe our new site is more graphically pleasing, informational and interactive than our previous one. It was a conscious decision to design a site where customers return again and again to gain valuable IT industry information, get to know our company and find the best Managed IT Services, Consulting, Repair, and Technical Staffing solutions to meet their business needs.
We’ve added several key functions to the new site to make it a vibrant upgrade:
· More images and pleasing graphics
· Live Chat response for real-time interactions with customer agents during our normal business hours (9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST)
· A blog, which will be updated on a regular basis to both inform our users of new company information, and business technology tips, issues and news
· Pages that lay above the web site fold for easier viewing and readership
· More logical, easy to navigate site menu
· Clearer, more concise text divided into easier to digest parts
· An internal keyword search engine (search bar), which helps our users find the specific information they are seeking

Our upgraded web site is a logical extension of our customer- oriented philosophy.
